Shipping and returns
We ship globally from our warehouse in Norway. If you don't find your country when you check out, let us know, and we will consider adding the country where you live. More information for customers living in Norway.
Our prices includes customs fees, tax and VAT for your country, so there will be no extra cost for the buyer after the order is shipped.
All our packages will be sent by DHL Express. Delivery time might vary from place to place and therefore we cannot give you an exact delivery lead time, but normally shipmeant will arrive within a week. The cost for shipping is based on the weight of your order according to DHL's weight-rates for different countries. The shipping cost will be calculated when you check out.
We do our best to dispatch all orders registered before 10 AM the next day but cannot guarantee this during peak season.
Klarna provides a variety of payment solutions. Carefully check which one you choose. You might also use your credit card, which will be supported by Klarna's payment solution.
Please make sure that you register a valid e-mail address. This will be the future way of communication and you will receive your invoice via e-mail with further instructions directly from Klarna.
Once you have finished your order, you will get an e-mail confirmation and after your order is dispatched you will recieve notice from us.
Notification of defects in the products can be sent to us in writing.
Brødrene Flaarønning AS primarily does not want to receive items with defects / damages in return.
Rather contact us, and we will resolve the situation via email or telephone, so that there is as little hassle as possible for you as a customer. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that the complaint be sent to us in writing to email@example.com.
No trade is completed until you have seen and approved the item. If you regret a purchase, return the item in complete product-packaging within 14 days from the day you receive the item (s) (withdrawal period)
The condition for return is that the item has not been in use and that it can be sold as new.
All labels must be hung on and the original packaging must also be attached.
The consumer pays shipping for the return of the item (s). Inform us about the tracking number for your return shipment.
Crediting of returned goods takes place when we have received the goods.
