Shipping and returns
Dear Customers,
We ship globally from our warehouse in Norway. If you cannot find your country as you check out, let us know, and we will consider adding it. More information for customers living in Norway.
Our prices includes customs fees, tax and VAT for the customer's country, so there will be no extra cost for the customer after the order is shipped.
Due to the US trade war, we have had to compensate the high increase of custom tariffs on products with higher costs for freight, in order to deliver to the US. We are sorry for the inconvenience for people living in the USA.
All our packages will be sent by DHL Express. Delivery time might vary from place to place and therefore we cannot give an exact delivery time, but normally shipment will arrive within a week. The cost for shipping is based on the weight of the items combined in the customer's order according to DHL's weight-rates for different countries. The shipping cost will be calculated when at check out.
We do our best to dispatch all orders registered before 10 AM the next day, however we cannot guarantee this during peak season.
Klarna provides a variety of payment solutions. Carefully check which one you choose. You might also use your credit card, which will be supported by Klarna's payment solution.
Please make sure to register with a valid e-mail address. All communication here on out will be through e-mail, and invoices with further instructions from Klarna will be sent there.
Once the order is completed, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation, and after the order is dispatched the customer receives a notice from us.
Return policy
Notification of defects in the products can be sent to us in writing.
Brødrene Flaarønning AS primarily does not want to receive items with defects or damages in return.
Rather contact us, and we will resolve the situation via e-mail or telephone, so that there is as little hassle as possible for the customer. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that the complaint be sent to us in writing to support@trollmall.com.
No trade is completed until the customer has seen and approved the item. If the customer regrets a purchase, the item(s) in question are to be returned with complete product packaging within 14 days of the day of arrival. These 14 days are the withdrawal period.
Returns
The condition for a return is that the item has not been in use and that it can be sold as new. All labels must be hung on and the original packaging must also be attached. The customer pays shipping for the return of the item(s). Inform us about the tracking number for any return shipment. Crediting of returned goods takes place when we have received the goods.
